Chiropractic is a natural, drug-free approach to health and wellness that works with your body's innate ability to heal itself. This holistic approach to health is based on three principles:

The first and most important principle that the body is a self-healing organism. This means that our bodies are designed to heal themselves. When you are sick or injured, your body initiates its healing abilities to normalize the problem and return you to optimum health.

The last principle is that the structure of your spine has a direct and critical impact on the functioning of your nervous system. The spinal cord is the lifeline from the brain to the rest of the systems of the body, and its messages travel through the spinal column. Injury to your spine from trauma, stress, or poor posture can cause nerve interference. Nerve interference can adversely affect the body's systems, organs and tissues. This may or may not manifest symptoms such as pain, fatigue or altered performance.
